DELIVERY

 

On completing your purchase you will have one or more options for delivery. This is an estimated timescale for delivery. There is a possibility our items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as a courier delay.

 

For all US orders we offer free delivery on orders $100+. Due to each stained glass being made to order it can take up to 10 working days to receive your order. All parcels are sent USPS.

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, you must contact us immediately. As items are made to order, once made and dispatched we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

 

We reserve the right to change prices, postage charges and the terms and conditions at our discretion and without prior notice.
